Our Mission:
"To Make Disciples of Jesus Christ!"

Hello Antioch Family and Friends,  Great news!  We have missed being together as a church family for these last weeks, but this Easter (12th), at 11:00 am - we will have our Easter Service outside the church building in a "Drive In" type service.  I will be bringing the Easter message and we will have music also.  We will be bringing the message and music from the front porch and you will sit in your vehicle (for safety and compliance) with windows down.  The Deacons will come up with a parking plan to make sure we can position the vehicles appropriately to watch and enjoy.  Due to no access for bathroom visits and kids getting rowdy, we will attempt to keep the service to 30 minutes (give or take).  We want to do this so we can see each other even though we can't shake hands or anything, and worship together as Family and Friends.  I read a comment today, that there will be no Easter services this year.  Wrong!  There will be at Antioch Baptist.  Spread the word, and get to the church early for a parking spot.  Looking forward to being together soon!   Jesus, we love you!
Our services (except for Easter) will be on Sunday is at 11:00 am and Wednesday at 6:30 pm on Facebook live.  Please join us at both services.  Tell others, be in prayer, get bible ready, and join us that God may speak to His people and those He is calling to Salvation.  If you haven't seen last weeks, go ahead and check it out.  May God bless you and your families!  Stay Safe, Stay Connected to Jesus and us.
We are currently accepting resumes for our part time Youth Leader/Pastor.  If you are interested, please send resume to the church office or email copy with attention to Pastor Danny Hedgepath.
Anyone interested in some part time work sitting with elderly for a few hours a day send your information via email to retireease.applytojob.com
Here is a prayer from Charles Stanley via his web site to help you as a prayer checklist.
Jesus, how grateful we are that You are God, and nothing is impossible for You. Lord, I come before You concerning this COVID-19 virus and ask that You would absolutely stop it in its tracks. We ask You to do this in a miraculous way, Lord. But we also know You are the One who inspires medical researchers to invent medications, vaccines, and therapies. So, if You should choose to end COVID-19 in that way, all the glory and honor remain Yours in abundance.  For every person who is currently infected, please do not allow this condition to advance further or become dangerous, Lord, but cleanse their bodies and heal them completely. Give them the courage, strength, and grace to face it. And for those who have not been exposed, put a shield of protection around them and give them wisdom in how to avoid it. We also pray for everyone who has already lost a loved one, asking You to comfort them.  Lord God, we pray for all the doctors, nurses, and medical staff around the world who are bravely working to cure those infected with COVID-19. Thank You, Lord, for the gifts You have given them and the way You will work through them. Protect them and bless them for their service.  Lord, we thank You for caring about each of Your children individually, personally, profoundly, and sacrificially. Thank You for taking account of every hair on our heads and every cell in our bodies. Please give us all wisdom, patience, endurance, and sensitivity for the days and weeks to come. Help us to learn whatever You desire to teach us. And whatever may come, Father, may we love You and love each other more through it.
In Jesus’
name I pray. Amen." —Charles F. Stanley
Upcoming Events at Antioch:
April 12th       Easter (Working on a safe Easter program here at the church, more info to come)
If you can't join us on Sunday mornings, the join us on Facebook as we go live every Sunday at 11:00 am.  If you know someone out of church, homebound, work, or in hospital that has access to facebook, then let them know about us and encourage them to join us.  Then let us know what you think.  May God use this tool to call the lost, reestablish those out of church, and reach people around the world.  Please be in prayer for us as we step out in faith.
We welcome our two new Deacon's Alan Lutterloah and Stephen Anderjack to the work of the Church in fulfilling God's Will!  Please be in prayer for them.
We want to welcome to our Church Family our newest members Dylan Frost, Jake Trimnal, Justin Hopkins, Kinlyn Hinson, Josh and Meagan Twitty and kids, Vicki Logan, Ann and Bo Stokes, Matthew Stokes, Marcus Stokes, and Summer Arrants.  We look forward to working together for the Kingdom, Church, and Community.  We praise God for all He is doing in our church family.  May God bless our journey together with each other and with our community!
Our Church is growing and we want to be more involved in Discipleship and Evangelism in our Community along with helping meet needs.  Every part of the body has a purpose and a part to play - please let each of us do our part to the glory of our God and Savior.  Even if you don't feel led to lead a ministry or team, then just be part of the team.  Every member needs to be active in some ministry of our Church.  We are in need of volunteers to work in the Nursery Sunday AM and PM services along with Wednesday service.  We also need volunteers to work with the Preschool ages. Please see Pastor, Jane, and Loren if you need more information.
We want to welcome  Josh Twitty and family to our church as our new Youth Leader.   We ask that you keep Josh and family in your prayers.  If you have children and grandchildren in the 6th grade up, then bring them out to experience this new journey.

Please annotate on your calendar that our Wednesday night service time has changed from 7:00 pm to 6:30 pm with Choir practice afterwards at 7:15.

e are praying for our newest ministry which will open doors to those with Special Needs.  This ministry is much needed for the individual and the family.  If you are interested in this ministry and wish to be involved through our church, please contact the church.

Our focus at Antioch is to provide the Holy Spirit the environment to move in the lives of all Visitors, and Disciples as they journey with Jesus. We promote the Word of God as our book of life. We promote a daily walk with Jesus. We promote daily Prayer (communication) with the Father. We promote action for Disciples in the forms of ministry; use of spiritual gifts; use of talents; love for the Saints, and those who don't agree with us. If this sounds like a House of God that you would like to visit, then you are invited!

Check out our calendar for all our events, then come and join us for a great time together in the Lord.

We want to invite everyone in the Kershaw, Camden, and Sumter area looking for a new church home, or wanting to find a place to worship while passing through to stop by. We are a traditional church in love with Jesus and each other. We are located off Hwy 20 at exit 101, and follow the signs on Hwy 34.

Our Sunday school/Small Groups meet at 10:00 with worship following at 11:00. We also have children's church and a great nursery.  At 6:00 pm for an evening worship service with true bible study emphasis.   Also, children and youth meet for programs during the Wednesday worship time at 6:30 pm.

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.
