For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

 Pastor's "Just saying"

Sorry late today with Devotion, been a crazy day so far. Here we go: In Genesis 5:23-24, "And all the days of E'noch were three hundred sixty and five years; And E'noch walked with God; and he was not; for God took him." (KJV) Maybe you didn't know but E'noch lived eight generations after the fall (Adam and Eve sinned) and only two generations before the flood (God's judgment on sinful man of the time). It must have been very difficult during those dark days to walk with God in a very close relationship. In these sinful days we live in, we know the rapture and tribulation (last days) are very soon! How is our walk with our Savior Jesus going? It was He, who came and died upon the Cross in our place - for our sins! He died so that we may be free to choose like E'noch to have a great close relationship with Him for all eternity. I remember hearing someone say "E'noch had such a close walk with God that one day God said to E'noch, we are closer to my home than yours do you want to come over? E'noch said 'yes' and never truly died. One day soon Jesus will say to us 'I have everything prepared at My place, and I am here to take you home with Me.' Then we like E'noch will never truly die! Read John 14:2-3 and you will be encouraged to walk closer to the Savior all the way HOME! Thank you Jesus!!!!

Let Jesus become your Savior through Acknowledgement of who you are a sinner on the way to hell.  Believe that God sent Him to die for your sins and raised Him from the dead.  Then repent of them, Call on His name and you will be saved.

Just saying!
